Graphic and Product Design

A little about me:

Hi! My name is Ethan Grismer, and I am currently working on a Graphic Design and Digital Media degree at Laguna College of Art and Design. My interests span multiple disciplines, but I am particularly passionate about any projects that result in a physical product. I love the process of physically making something and being able to hold it in my hands at the end. I also enjoy illustration and am proficient in a variety of digital applications, whether it be 3D modeling or photo manipulation.

At the moment I am working towards a career in toy design or something adjacent. Children are shaped by their environment and what they see, and the toys they play with are fundamental in shaping their minds and creative outlook. I desire to make toys that kids can see themselves in, whether that be dolls that reflect their identity and show them that it is okay to be who they are, or toys that allow kids to explore disciplines and ideas they would otherwise be unable to.
